It is a 4G63T. It is front wheel drive. I kept the Mirage tranny because of the shorter ratios. I could not bring myself to make the car AWD. It is a rare car and doing that, I think, would ruin the car. Now if I got my hands on a base model.... then it would already be AWD! New motor build next year, when the snow goes away. Or sooner if I can find a shop to lease.

Well, I'v had this for a bit over a year.

BMW E30:
M20B27 block
M20B20 head
Everything else from a M20B25 (325i)...

Effectivly, it's what's known as a 327.
Puts out around 170hp, and 250nm.
Weight is just under 1100kg now.

I havent done many mods to it, as cash is low.
But I'v got my Sparco Sprint seats in, got a 2 new headers (3-1 style, continues to a full 2 pipe exhaust), some Rial GS rims, and very importantly.. Some Helly DE lights.
The rear assembly is from a 325i, so it has discs in the back. And the diff. is a 3.25:1 M3 LSD

Here's a vid of me giving my truck a 'lil exercise.

Sorry about it being dark.
Here's a rundown, I pulled out on the road, accelerated, went round a corner, and rode third up to 75mph.
Not too shabby for a mostly stock 180hp, 235ftlb, 120k mile, V6 that was behind the technological times when it was made.
Then consider that it's moving a 3900lb truck.

And I know I'm shifting slow, trying to be easy on the trans.
And that rattling in the background is my shifter, I need tighten down the shift stops.

well the mustang is totaled. i was avoiding a deer going around a sharp corner at like 45mph and the rear swung out.
the car had a crappy steering angle so it didnt have enough lock to pull out of the slide so i hit a power pole at 45.

thats the last time i buy a ford right there.

Didn't thought it would look god in combination with the rust, but it worked out good...

Well the pictures should automatically be resized by the LDU picture resizer plugin, but if they aren't you could do it fairly easily in photoshop or something. Cool rides by the way.

I broke the damn resizer plugin for the 2nd time dude, i have to ask david again for his from DC, that seems to be a better one with no dotted lines or clicking or w/e

Well the image resizer is working perfectly for me now in the 768 skin. It never used to in the 1024 skin, but this fixes everything.

I fixed the image resizer for the 1024 skin at the same time, i didnt bother with mobile skin cuz the java script dont work on mobile internet explorer but fit to screen view auto resizes images anyways
