I have been trying to figure out how to make the parts that you download work in 2.3.0 for the longest time. I do not understand where i am supposed to put the files i download. Please someone help me.

read file "readme" there's everything written how to install mod. car mod to cars/racers, parts to parts, and etc..

that is what is confusing me do i do anything after that do i extract them to there
i am really lost added through 9 minutes this is what i did

Click HERE :-) to Download. It will patch it from 2.0.0 to 2.2.1 then install 2.3.0 LE patch and everything should work fine

Yeah thats one of my cars in the game. And i think its the one of the fastest and strongest engine it doesn't blow up when thrashing it

igot rid of her sad to say and bought a truck but i am trying to race the #1 guy for blue cheeta and every time i try to it says redline has stoped working and exits out can you help me on that one

Well the crash issue if unmodded might be a sound issue when the game switches tracks. Which is caused with incompatible mp3 formats if you have added your own music. This also happens elsewhere no idea if this is the cause of your problem just one problem I have encountered in the past.
